Dianna J. Abreu

Dianna Abreu is an undergraduate third year student in the Nursing and Health Studies School at Georgetown University. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and Policy and a minor in Public Health. While at Georgetown, Dianna has held positions as the community service chair and mentorship program coordinator for Georgetown University Minority Association of Pre Health Students, council member of the Minority Health Initiative Council, and GROW internship coordinator for GlobeMed. In addition, she has interned for the Georgetown University Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership. Through GlobeMed, Dianna was able to utilize her summer to conduct health education and malnutrition research and implement program changes in rural Guatemala. For the 2014-2015 academic year, she is most excited about being co-president of GlobeMed Georgetown and creating dynamic discussions for the Intersectional Feminism Magis Row House, she and three other students recently founded.
