Kimberly Birdsall, MPH

Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics as well as a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. She has worked in the health profession for over 22 years including experience in the private, government, religious, and non-profit sectors. Kim began her career in the pharmaceutical industry as a clinical research associate and project manager overseeing the conduct of clinical trials. In 2001, Kim transitioned from the private sector to utilize her skills as a Public Health professional in the governmental sector.
Her career in public service spans a period of 17 years and includes work in local, state, and county government with a focus on Public Health Emergency Preparedness. Kim has had the honor to serve on multiple Boards and Commissions in Bergen County, NJ as well as a Youth Minister at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church. She is also proud to have served her local community as a Councilwoman in the Borough of Rutherford, NJ.
In her role as the Executive Director for the HCPC, Kim provides overall strategic direction and is responsible for the day to day management of program activities, data analysis, administrative functions, financial management and quality assurance of all HCPC programs. She leads the HCPC team and community partners to work to improve health outcomes and reduce the costs of care for Passaic County residents through innovative, collaborative programs and coalition expansion.
