Mikhaila Richards, MS, Communications Strategist, plans and implements NNPHI’s communications strategies in addition to overseeing NNPHI publications and digital marketing. Additionally, Mikhaila helps to plan and develop digital strategies and tools as well as marketing plans for the National Coordinating Center for Public Health Training. Before joining NNPHI, she served as a Content Strategist at Blue State Digital and as Senior Program Analyst for the National Association of County and City Health Officials’ (NACCHO) Health Equity and Social Justice Initiatives. She led website strategy development, content creation and web content project management for NACCHO’s “Roots of Health Inequity: A Web-Based Course for the Public Health Workforce.” Mikhaila earned a B.A. in Government from Smith College and a M.S. in Society, Human Development and Health from the Harvard School of Public Health.
